How To Tie A Sewing Knot

This tutorial will be showing you how to tie a knot in thread using a quilters knot.
How to tie a sewing knot. Tie the ends of the strings to the body of the string on either side. When you hand sew the thread needs to be anchored in the fabric so your stitches are secure. Creating a small knot near the needle will prevent it from sliding around on the double-stranded thread while youre sewing.

Pass your needle through the loop do not pull so that you now have two loops.
