Vegan Flan

To serve place bottom of ramekin in a container with hot water for 1 -2 minutes in order to release the flan.
Vegan flan. Its egg free dairy free and has zero cholesterol. Put the tofu sugar vanilla salt and soy milk mixture in a blender and blend until very smooth. Use a small knife or offset spatula to carefully loosen the edges of the flan.
If not take a knife and run it around the sides of the mold to release. Place the soy milk in a medium saucepan and sprinkle with the agar flakes. This was also my first time making this recipe and it turned out quite well.
Pour contents into a small sauce pan and cook on medium low heat for 6-8 minutes. Remove from heat and ladle into prepared dishes. 1 skillet 15 minutes.
This vegan flan is a real show stopper. Turn flan over onto a plate shake gently to release flan and remove ramekin. Bring to a simmer over medium heat stirring frequently.
